本品是由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)稠化高度化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性的全氟聚醚油(PFPE)，并添加特種抗腐蝕添加劑精制而成的白色潤滑脂。氟素脂專用于化學(xué)腐蝕環(huán)境中要求長(zhǎng)久潤滑的部件，具有優(yōu)秀的化學(xué)惰性、耐久性和低揮發(fā)性。

Description：

This product is a white grease made of?polytetrafluoro-polyether oil (PFPE) thickened by polytetrafluoro-ethylene (PTFE) with high chemical stability and added with special anti-corrosion additives.Fluorin lipids are specially designed for components requiring lifelong lubrication in chemically aggressive environments with excellent chemical inertia, durability and low volatility.

用途：

w?適用于高溫、強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)、有機(jī)溶劑、強(qiáng)氧化介質(zhì)、核輻射等極端苛刻場(chǎng)合下工作軸承的潤滑與防護(hù)。

w?適用于一般油脂無法承受的極高溫、高負(fù)載軸承、齒輪、導(dǎo)軌、凸輪的潤滑與減摩。

w?特別適用于薄膜拉伸拉幅機(jī)軸承、熱定型機(jī)輸送帶軸承、瓦楞紙機(jī)軸承、熱風(fēng)機(jī)軸承、熱油泵軸承、高溫電機(jī)軸承的潤滑。

w?打印機(jī)、復(fù)印機(jī)的定影組件上的定影膜。

Application：

w?Suitable for lubrication and protection of working bearings under extreme harsh conditions such as high temperature, strong corrosive medium, organic solvent, strong oxidizing medium and nuclear radiation.

w?Suitable for lubrication and friction reduction of bearings, gears, guide rails and cams at extremely high temperature and high load which can not be borne by general grease.

w?Especially suitable for the lubrication of film stretching machine bearing, heat setting machine conveyor belt bearing, corrugated paper machine bearing, hot fan bearing, hot oil pump bearing and high temperature motor bearing.
