De導(dǎo)軌油系列是專應(yīng)付機(jī)床導(dǎo)軌極精密要求而配制之潤滑油。本系列滑槽油有優(yōu)良的磨擦特性，可以減少黏著與滑動的合并現(xiàn)象，防止磨損及腐蝕，并能處理工件表面變色的問題。本系列與大部份的水溶性切削液的分離性良好，因此可減少因棄置切削液所引起的問題及費(fèi)用。

Description

Lubricants specially developed to meet the most exacting conditions,which occur in the lubrication of machine tool slideways.They have superior frictional properties to reduce stick-slip,protect against wear and corrosion and eliminate staining problems.Exceptional separation from most water-based cutting fluids to minimize the problems and costs of coolant disposal.

用途

-適用于精密極高，負(fù)荷重，而供給速度低之橫臥或垂直滑槽，亦適用于護(hù)床、車臺的齒輪。

-可作機(jī)床啤令或?qū)к壍臐櫥＠玷尨?、刨床、車床及牛頭刨床等。

-給油方法可用普通加油器或集中輸油系統(tǒng)。

Application

-Lubrication of horizontal and vertical slideways of machine tools where a high degree of precision is required under conditions of heavy load and low feed rates.Also suitable for gear drives in aprons,supports.

-Lubrication of ?slideways ?or bearings ?on ?mach-

inery. e.g.milling machines,planers,lathe paddles and shapers.

-Apply by common appliance oilers of central systems.
